Mr. Mavji Lakhman Gondaliya is an Executive Director in Topcon Builders Limited since its
incorporation in the year 2003 & is a resident in Uganda. He joined Spencon Services Ltd in
1992 as site agent being the pioneer of the company in Uganda. Prior to coming to Uganda,
he spent 18 years in Mombasa-Kenya thus having an experience & exposure of over 38
years in the construction industry with technical & management capabilities. During this
period of 20 years with Spencon Services Ltd. he has accomplished many projects like
Owen Falls Dam, various Water Supply Projects in the country, countrywide bridges & road
projects & many more.

Mr. Paresh Mavji Patel a Ugandan by nationality initiated in 2003 & this is the time a new
generation company called Topcon Builders Ltd. took birth. He is holding a post of Managing
Director at Topcon Builders Ltd. He has vast experience & exposure in the construction
industry with technical & Management capabilities.

Since Mr. Deepak Mavji Gondaliya joined Topcon Builders Ltd. he took the responsibilities as
a Director & is a co-founder of Topcon Builders Limited. He has vast experience & exposure in
the construction industry with technical knowhow in the field of granite, terrazzo & other
finishing works apart from general construction.
